Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at grace@k-beauty.ca within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if necessary). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at grace@k-beauty.ca
